During the transportation of coffee beans from India to Europe, the coffee beans, exposed to persistent wet conditions, experienced characteristic changes. The moisture yellows the beans and reduces their acidity level. The happy event led to the birth of Malabar coffees. With earthy mellow notes, this coffee ends with a nutty, chocolaty aroma with a hint of spice.

Brewing Instruction

Take 10g (1 scoop) of Perfetto Monsoon Malabar coffee.Pour 150-200ml of water over it and let it brew for 5-10 min. Then filter the brew through a fine sieve.Add sweeteners by your preference. Your favourite coffee is ready, Stir and enjoy. Additionally, serve with marshmallows or whipped cream. Can be used to make cold coffee
