Return & Refund Policy
The Return & Refund details are given below. All food and beverage products are non-returnable.
Return policy for all other items
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your request for return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the item you wish to return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
On refund, on any order, Good & Service Charge, COD charge, any shipping charge and RTO charge and payment gateway charge will not be considered. We do not refund any kind of taxes which has already been deducted.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
